[Boulder, CO] —Apotheosis Studios and Rick Heinz are pleased to announce that we have reached an amicable resolution regarding how to best move forward. After productive discussions and mutual understanding, we have agreed on a path forward that respects the interests and contributions of both parties and will allow us to create exciting new adventures for The Red Opera and Sirens. Battle of the Bards for you.

The agreement includes:

•           The resolution of old disputes and misunderstandings related to The Red Opera and Sirens. Battle of the Bards.

•          The recognition of rights related to The Red Opera.

•  The recognition of rights related to Sirens. Battle of the Bards.

•           The substantial fulfillment of outstanding obligations from our Kickstarter campaigns.

We are committed to honoring our commitments to our backers and the community, ensuring that the creative work and effort invested in these projects are recognized and valued.

Looking ahead, both Rick Heinz and Apotheosis Studios believe that through this resolution, we each can harness our previous combined strengths and creative energies to produce innovative and captivating content for our audiences.
